Nicholas Watkins has a unique professional background, which blends a successful career in
the media industry, with a number of years spent in senior executive search, principally as the
managing director of Tyzack & Partners Limited. He has been the chief executive and a main
board member of a number of publicly quoted companies as well as holding senior positions
within the private sector. More recently he has been engaged in the delivery of broad range
of consultancy and human capital management services to an array of international clients.
In 2007 he became an accredited executive coach.

leadership development, psychology, coaching,
appraisals and human resource management.
Bernie Evans
Bernie is a coach, facilitator and consultant running creative think tanks for corporate leaders. His career began as an addiction counsellor with the NHS and culminated in working with the World Health Organisation in Bosnia. He then joined the innovative ?What If! agency, coaching senior executives from the private and public sector including Microsoft, The Cabinet Office and the BBC. In 2003 Bernie decided to work for himself and has enjoyed assignments that include Orange, Vodafone, BP, The BBC and most recently MTV (UK). One major project was designing and running the “Big Conversation” workshops at 10 Downing Street with Tony Blair.

Bernie holds a Fine Arts degree and is also a qualified acupuncturist. Bernie spent four years working as a comedian with a four man team called the Joeys, performing over 350 shows around Europe, and selling out at the Edinburgh festival three years in a row. Bernie is about to launch his own online coaching company.
Susie Lawrence Bsc Psychology & Msc Organisational Psychology
Susie currently leads the Graduate Career Support department at the London School of Economics and co-directs the Centre For Enterprise.
Outside of the LSE Susie works in a freelance capacity and is engaged on such projects as providing career workshops for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and career management and strategic input to Teach First, a highly selective leadership development programme.

Susie began her early coaching career as a sailing instructor in the Mediterranean before qualifying in psychology. Her first role within the commercial world was that of a director for a recruitment consultancy, with a focus on the communications sector.
Kim Morgan PG Cert Coaching & NLP Practitioner
Kim is the founder and managing director of Barefoot Coaching, one of the UK’s foremost providers of “university accredited” coaching and executive leadership training. Kim was at the forefront for the delivery of executive business and personal coaching programmes in the UK. In 2001 she pioneered and led externally certified University Masters Level Post Graduate Awards in Coaching.
In addition to Barefoot Coaching, Kim is also the co-founder and joint managing director of Next Generation, an innovative coaching programme that is focused on parenting.
Kim, is a much sought after conference speaker on all topics of coaching, psychology and change management.
Rhiannon Holman FCIPD Bed PG Cert Coaching LNCP
Rhiannon operates her highly successful human resource development consultancy, Rhiannon Lapping Associated Limited from Tiverton in Devon. Since 1996 the company has amassed over 200 clients across the spectrum of small to large organisations, from the Exmoor National Park and the Avon & Somerset Constabulary to BAE Systems and Marks and Spencer. Her work has embraced talent management and succession planning, communication strategies, company culture creation, recruitment processes and retention initiatives.
Rhiannon graduated from Redland College of Education in Bristol with a BA.Ed and has increasingly found educating executives in the art of leadership and enhanced business performance, as challenging as teaching children in an academic environment. She is an experienced IIP Assessor, Chairperson of the Somerset Women in Enterprise Network and Manager of the EU New Opportunities for Women programme.
Nikki Hinksman
Nikki has been working as a coach, trainer, facilitator and motivational speaker for the past six years. Her areas of expertise lie in communication, personal development, career advancement, leadership and personal impact. Originally from a theatrical background, Nikki has successfully worked with clients in the financial, retail, telecommunications, PR, media and real estate sectors.
Nikki is currently completing a Post-Grad in Personal and Business Coaching.

Sonya Shellard MA (Oxon), PG Cert Coaching, LNCP, ACII
Sonya graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and secured a position with Norwich Union as a Graduate Management Trainee where she quickly found her feet in human resources and organisational development. After eleven years with Norwich Union she moved to the Britannia Building Society as Group Learning & Development Manager and remained there until 2005 when she left to establish her own practice as an executive coach and consultant.

Her client roster embraces the civil service, financial services companies, and charities and she tends to work primarily at Board and CEO level. Sonya is also a co-founder and joint managing director of the Next Generation coaching company.
Nicholas Watkins PG Cert in Executive Coaching & Leadership
Nicholas began his career as a navigating officer in the British Merchant Navy and studied at Plymouth University for his professional qualifications. On leaving the sea he co-founded a company that deployed early video technology as entertainment for ships at sea and aircraft in flight and this was to provide the pathway for a career in the media industry. During the 1980s he led the Rank Group’s initiatives in the home entertainment industry and forged close relationships with the Hollywood studios, before becoming MD of the Chrysalis Group, the music and media company.
After a spell in private equity in the mid 1990s he invested in Tyzack & Partners, a leading UK senior executive search firm and became the managing partner in 1997. Following the Company’s sale to the Whitney Group in 2002 he established Q4 Management and more recently, T3, to provide a bandwidth of human capital management services to clients primarily in the converging media and telecoms industry.
